The steel wire of the knife bow comes pre-assembled, and the buyer only needs to install the knife bow onto the acrylic base. Usage guidelines are as follows:

2. Insert one end of the acrylic knife bow into the mounting bracket of the base and align the screw holes.
3. Place the cap nut into the nut hole and insert the long bolt through the hole into the nut at the other end.
4. Tighten the bolt with the provided wrench, making sure not to over-tighten or under-tighten to allow for flexible cutting.

5. Align the bow so that the wire can align with the notch on the base.

7. Adjust the size adjuster to the required size, peeling it from the base if it has become sticky over time.

Wire Replacement Guide: This process requires tools such as pliers and scissors. It is important to wear gloves to avoid injury. The steps are: 1. Remove the knife bow from the base. 2. Cut a piece of steel wire approximately 40 cm (16 inches) in length. 3. Tie both ends of the steel wire to the screws at both ends of the knife bow, ensuring the wire passes through the grooves at both ends.
